Preparation
Remember to freeze your bananas before you use them.
1. Add the ingredients (cottage cheese, honey, bananas, tahini/peanut butter) in a blender. Beat it well to homogenize and make it cream.
2. Add the sugar-free chocolate chops and place the ice cream in a freezer container.
3. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
4. Before you serve it, leave it for 5' at room temperature.
