I hold certifications in Eating Disorders and Obesity, equipping me to guide individuals in overcoming disordered eating patterns and developing a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. Additionally, my ISAK Level 1 certification enables me to perform precise body composition assessments and design highly targeted, results driven nutrition plans.

As a Certified Sports Nutritionist, I help athletes and active individuals optimize performance and recovery through advanced nutrition strategies, personalized fueling plans, and safe supplement management.
