Andrea, a Clinical Dietitian–Nutritionist, provides personalized nutritional support with the aim of improving health and enhancing long-term well-being. With empathy, evidence-based scientific knowledge, and a person-centered approach, her goal is to equip individuals with the tools they need to take an active role in their health through nutrition.

Holding certifications in Eating Disorders and Obesity, she supports individuals in developing a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Through personalized guidance, she helps address nutritional challenges and achieve dietary balance.

Her ISAK Level 1 certification enables her to perform reliable body composition assessments and design targeted, effective nutrition plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

In addition, with specialization in Sports Nutrition, she works with athletes and active individuals to optimize performance and recovery through personalized nutrition strategies and the safe management of supplements.

With an analytical mindset and a strategic approach, she focuses on identifying the underlying causes of health challenges and creating sustainable, practical solutions adapted to modern lifestyles. Her goal is to help individuals achieve balance, mindfulness, and resilience, transforming nutrition into a powerful tool for health and performance.
